THE BIRTH OF

PHILANTHRO-CAPITALISM

Cayman Cigar Company began with the combined vision of two friends, John Lemuel “Lem” Hurlston and Granger Haugh.

While serving together as board members of local charities, Granger and Lem proposed a “for-profit/non-profit” business model that would help charitable organizations while making some great cigars people will love to smoke.

They call their shared concept of innovation, entrepreneurship and social responsibility "Philanthro-Capitalism".

NOT JUST HYPE

THEY'RE GREAT CIGARS

Our cigar journey starts out in the Cayman Islands where we operate Beacon Farms (+ creating soil) to grow tobacco, operating a small factory and maintaining our cigar store. The Cayman made cigars are mostly kept on the island and only venture into the States for special occasions and events with Granger or Scott.

We also collaborate with renowned factories in Nicaragua who blend expertise and passion to deliver exceptional quality. Every cigar reflects our commitment to authenticity and flavor to transform exceptional tobacco into vehicles for positive change.
