Thank you for your purchase of Cayman Cigars. We want to exceed your expectations in every way. We understand that shipping and handling sometimes result in damaged products upon arrival. If this should happen, please be assured we will make things right.

Just send the damaged cigars back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund your purchase price and your shipping costs. Money will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
